Hello, I'm Robin Defilhes, graphic designer, raised in the French Alps and currently living in Paris.
I work at the intersection of illustration, product design and art direction.
Born in printing, I work now on a global design vision: user interface and experience, brand identity, packaging, signage, textile artworks... I seek to develop ideas that stand out and last, to develop the most accurate translation of your product, brand, service or event. I believe graphic design should be useful and consistent, honest and transparent, based on human values, conviction and common benefits. My studio is located in Paris, but I would like to travel to work with enthusiastic and creative teams around the world!
How do we work ?
Sometimes drawing, sometimes thinking, sometimes both. Clarify your message, give meaning to your brand, solve complex problems or simply make your brand attractive. Reflect together on brand positioning, visual identity and design in a transversal way.
On related skills, I complement my know-how with developers, designers, strategists and artists and sometimes i work with art directors at advertising agencies, helping them with their campaigns, perhaps by creating some illustrative image, or concept custom made typography. I regularly participate in workshops, interventions and jury in art and design schools.
